1.       主動(dòng)機(jī)采用進(jìn)口變頻無級(jí)調(diào)速。

2.       放料、收料均由磁粉制動(dòng)器、離合器控制（或選配日本三菱自動(dòng)張力控制器）。

3.       采用陶瓷網(wǎng)紋墨輥，具有壽命長(zhǎng)、耐磨、耐腐蝕的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)于減少更換網(wǎng)紋輥的次數(shù)，提高印刷效率十分有利。

4.       印刷單元采用360度周向?qū)Π嬲{(diào)節(jié)。各印刷單元可以單獨(dú)齒合或松開，以便其他印刷單元繼續(xù)印刷。

5.       各印刷單元均配有一組紅外線烘干裝置。

6.       放料、收卷裝置采用氣漲式芯軸裝夾裝置。

7.       停四時(shí)墨輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)脫離、并低速轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)、以防墨水干結(jié)。

8.       從卷料供紙、印刷、上光、自動(dòng)紅外烘干、覆膜、收卷依次連貫完。該產(chǎn)品具有印刷范圍廣、油墨無污染、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高、印刷速度快等特點(diǎn)。是各印刷廠印刷票據(jù)、卡紙、高檔不干膠商標(biāo)的機(jī)器。

6.           The rooling device is adopted clipping device with airexpansion core shaft.

7.           The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed in order to keep the ink from being dty and solid.

8.           The roll feeding,frinting,polishing,auto infrated drying,laminating and rolling can be processed in one processing.
